Peter Corrigan has nearly 30 years experience in the legal profession and has spent his formative years working for a large law firm in the City of London, before relocating to the provinces. Peter works with the parties trying to resolve matters as quickly and as cost effectively as possible and believes that litigating disputes should be the last option rather the first. He has a relaxed approach which he believes helps to put parties at ease and creates a positive environment for negotiation, which assists in moving matters towards a mutually acceptable settlement. Peter has specific experience in contractual and negligence claims, commercial and residential property disputes and partnership disputes.
Peter qualified as a solicitor in 1998 having previously qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
